An account was open by someone who had hacked my information and Self took money from my bank account which put me in overdraft. I realize that Self was unaware that it was not myself who had opened an account and when I tried to contact them, I couldnt get through to anyone.

Your staff needs to be trained by your supervisor. He had taken my new phone number and helped me gain access to the area I wanted to begin. None of your staff was willing to do this. I wasted between one and two hours trying to get them to understand my situation. It is no wonder I was pissed!

I love self when i was i First Open up and it help so well last June someone stolen my identity and money build up with u and they received a credit card under my name I never got it a nightmare to get taking care of and them closed my credit account with u guys I love your company help me a lot it unfair that what happened to me and I had police report nobody help me out in your company i was very destroy and no understanding .
